What's New in OKO Manager

1.7.0

August 19, 2026

This is the first Manager build that includes the loyalty features. Earlier builds (1.6.1 through 1.6.3) explicitly shipped without membership, coupons or the enrolment QR code; that restriction no longer applies, because the loyalty domain went live in production on 19 August 2026. What is now available in the POS: - The scanner recognises three code types: member codes, coupon codes and enrolment QR codes. - A member panel shows a member's balance and progress after scanning their code. - Coupon redemption, including picking the specific dish the coupon applies to. - An enrolment QR page, reachable from the drawer, so a guest can join on the spot. - Two manual bookkeeping actions in the member panel: record a spend, or add a stamp. Both are behind the staff PIN gate. Please test: scan a member code and confirm the panel opens with the correct balance; redeem a coupon and confirm the dish picker behaves; open the enrolment QR and join with a second device; then use both manual bookkeeping buttons and confirm the staff PIN is requested each time. Apart from the scanner fix described below, the POS logic is unchanged from the previous build — what changed is that these features are now part of the released app. Also fixed in this build: on 1GB Sunmi terminals (V2 / V2s), tapping Scan did nothing — the app was being killed by the system low-memory killer and silently restarted. Scanning now opens a native full-screen scanner instead of an in-app camera preview, which keeps memory use flat (+4MB instead of +31MB) and also shrinks the app from 49MB to 35MB. The scanning screen therefore looks native (black background, green corner brackets); its title, flash and cancel labels follow the staff app language. The scan page itself and the three code types it recognises are unchanged. Please also test on a 1GB terminal: tap Scan, confirm the scanner opens and stays open, scan a member or coupon code, and confirm the result appears as before. Cancelling should return you to the scan page.
