Disappointed at No-Help after Consultation
The app is easy to use and doctors are good but there is no follow up policy. Most sophisticated doctors and telehealth providers provides a basic 3-7 days NO CHARGE follow up policy but this app does not. The fees goes up as high as 5000PKR but lack of Follow up policy makes this app expensive and inconvenient.

Dr Mehak Hanif on Oladoc
Oladoc is an amazing platform which makes life easier and convenient. We can prioritize our health from wherever and whenever. I always had excuses to delay my medical checkup but not anymore as I can connect with a doctor within the comfort of my home.
The doctors’ panel is really impressive and my experience with Dr Mehak Hanif has been exceptional. She helped me figure out the root cause of my illness and did not just prescribe medicine for the sake of it. She discussed all my symptoms in detail and I can say that she cares for her patients.
