Location issue

I had an issue were the app would not recognize the location. I deleted the app and reinstalled and this fixed my issue. I can now submit tickets with location

Manual address feature doesn’t work

When manually entering an address, the address is always invalid. The app’s also doesn’t predict an address. We tried many times to enter the address and finally gave up. W/O an address, you can’t submit your request. After app issues, we also tried Olatheconnect on the web and had the same address entering issue.
