Very slow app

Not sure what data they load but it takes at least 5x time to populate the data when compared to kites of zerodha.

App has stopped working since a week

Hi team, looks like the app is getting stuck after login. Is this app being deprecated now?

Gone again

Don’t know what’s wrong with this app I am living in USA I don’t get enough time to login daily I didn’t login for one month now it’s gone again showing “Oops! Something went wrong, please try again”
I uninstall it and reinstall it but not working

Horrible app. Stay away or lose money

This app is horribly glitched. Automatically created a sell order after squaring off the buy order. Did not show the running profits in the todays positions tab, but was visible in the open positions tab. Squaring off creates an extra sell order , when squaring off that creates an extra buy order. Customer service is useless.

Kotak is thief

Kotak is a professional thief, it steals money from by making wrong algorithms in calculating our P&L account. Pls don’t use this or if you use it keep a sharp eye on your daily profits and loss otherwise you will be looted in broad daylight. It is my honest and not motivated review. Trust it.

His cooperation was very good and he has resolved my Demat account which is offline and he solved into online and assured me to account will be online within two working days.

Worse service

Very disappointed. I had delta neutral strategy and there was no way I could lose but when I closed one position to open new to rebalance my position, their app suddenly crashed and i lost 15000 rs and its been 2 months and they are calling it my opportunity loss and not taking responsibility. I would never recommend anyone their services. I have never agreed to take responsibility of loss occurred due to their platform crash. It’s kotak’s moral responsibility to reimburse my loss.

App Crash over 2 hours 28/11/22

No response or responsibility from the company. Very poor app. Cannot even see the total amount of the order when place a trade. Very poor app. Doesn’t work at all during night night. During market hours, it was good but after this crash, many people have lost money and still no response from the company.
Absolutely pathetic.

Poor App

User interface is good but app always lags in the morning and whenever there is extra activity going on market(like expiary day). Sometimes it doesn’t show charts. Sometimes It doesn’t allow you to put orders or modify order even if Internet connection is good. You need to be fast like your rivals zerodha/Upstox/Angel.

Unable to view account statement

The app has been broken for almost 10 days now. When I try to view my account statements the app takes me to a login page and asks for my credentials. On providing my current and correct credentials, I get an error message saying that my credentials are incorrect. I am using the same credentials that I use to log into the app. I’m also able to use the same credentials on the website. It’s just the “Account statement “ section under the app that I’m unable to access.
When will this be fixed??

Very user friendly and so many options for first time buyers who wants to invest in SIP, stocks, MF, etc

Monday morning and it's not working. Is this we expect?? Instead of creating 4-5 app just work on one and improve it.

Critical missing features

Please provide filter to view stocks in current portfolio by category, for example- IT, metal, bank etc. Also, please provide option to sort current portfolio by total current equity value of stocks, for example - tcs 50,000 then wipro 40,000 then reliance 25K then tata motors 10K.

Low quality app

It is very low quality app didn’t open the app in morning when market was start i can tred and i made ae lose and every night service goes down. You have to learn form Zerodha app that how it’s working.
