Non-Functional After “Upgrade”
Recently the portal was updated to require MFA. Got emails with new password, updated it, now just hangs after entering username/updated password and never takes me to MFA trigger. Given how outdated/non-user friendly this app was pre-update, I can’t say I’m surprised.

I am unable to accept the agreement, so can never access my account. I click accept, but nothing happens…
