Great food with great options. Pick up at the store is a dawdle - much better than ordering in the store.

Holy smokes is this app bad. And that’s a shame too because Nelson’s is amazing. My success rate is about 25% and half the time it says pickup is outside window (it isn’t) or access denied.

Constantly having to re log in. Always routed to new updated “app” even though updated app installed. 15 minutes to finally order. Many error messages. Frustrating.

How does payment work with this app?

Payment is made directly at the store's cashier before you pick up your order. You do not need to input any credit card information into the app. You can pay for your ordered items, along with any additional drinks or snacks, at the cashier.

Can I customize my order?

Yes, you can customize any items on the app just like you would at the deli order kiosk in the store. This allows you to tailor your selections to your preferences before placing your order.

How do I know when my order is ready?

You will receive a notification on your phone when your order is ready for pickup. Additionally, you can check the Order Status Display TV located in the store to monitor the progress of your order.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order as long as the kitchen has not yet started preparing it. Once the order preparation has begun, cancellation is no longer possible.

What are the requirements for placing an order?

You must be within 5 miles of the selected store for pickup to place an order. If your current location is further than 5 miles away, you will not be able to complete the order through the app.
