Can’t place order for delivery
Since last week, I haven’t been able to place an order online. I order online often and just started having this problem. The response I get is, Try Back During Operating Hours. I’m disabled and it’s very frustrating to suddenly not be able to order for delivery.
Store is GREAT app needs work
The store OSB is great the app needs some bugs worked out. 1st. My original account will not let me order online anymore the payment doesn’t go through so I had to make a new account. 2nd there is no option to order a bagel with just an egg. There used to be but then it was taken out. If you try to get an egg & chz bagel when you remove the cheese it adds an additional .50cents when it shouldn’t add anything or take off .50cents since you are removing them. & this is the only way from my understanding to bring this to anyone’s attention

anytime i try and do ANYTHING on this app it tells me to try again on a mobile device, while im on my mobile device. really frustrating

Only place i know of around that actually makes bagels in house. Quality ingredients
Frustrating.
App allows me to choose a store, select my choices, manually enter my card info. Then when I placed my order told me they do not accept online orders at this location. WHY wouldn’t you say that when I choose the location????? Very frustrating when on a time crunch. Went without breakfast thanks to this delightful flaw lol

It’s such a hassle if you’re not logged in. By the time you log in, you could’ve placed your order inside much faster.

Default tip?? Good app, some room for improvement.
App needs to allow users to set default store without sharing my phone’s location data.
Also please stop with the default 10% tip. I’ve bought hundreds of bagels from OSB (they are the best!) and I used to voluntarily tip. But now that they default 10% and expect the tip, I’m not going to tip anymore. Tipping should be at the option of the customer and default should be zero.

App isn’t tracking points at all
I visit almost daily-point total is exactly the same since I installed the app despite them scanning it every time.

Super easy to order, and I love the new points system and that you can get delivery AND catering! Can’t wait to get points for catering for my office!

This app was very easy to sign up with. I was able to sign up and place an order all under 5 minutes. Even got $5 for signing up for their loyalty program. Now I can order the Old Smokey all the time!

New app is really user friendly, and clean!! The only change I would add Apple Pay.
