Update Broke the app
Have to open and close the app at least a dozen times to get to the menu. Constantly can’t connect to servers. Not a fan of paying for a game I can’t even get access to.
Mini menu
The update sucks. I can’t even figure out how to trade people now. The old mini menu swap was way better, this is counter intuitive for phone users. What happened to all my settings. Even when clicked on the settings they don’t show or work
Ui is a bug
PvP prioritizes walk here in PvP on mobile
Mobile bugs.
Chat boxes do not work properly. You cannot tap to attack in the wild or PvP. They will release new quests but ignore the fact that the game is unplayable with the current bugs.

The game wont load for me since the last update, I cleared my cache and reinstalled, it worked once then not again…. Others are having the same issue

JAGEX STOP PUSHING HORRIBLE UPDATES
Every update only breaks everything more and more. For the love of god actually spend some of the money you get from raising memberships and hire someone to actually play test this for more than 2 minutes

New menu entry swapper update moved mobile backwards.
Menu entry swapper was simple and easy to use, with few bugs. The update added a bunch of bugs to the mobile client. The entry swaps reset as soon as you log out now which is terrible. The xp now shows up way at the top left instead of next to the skill you’re checking your xp on when you tap it your skill level. Scrolling through the bank/chat is now worse, you can’t just drag them, they bug out and won’t scroll now.

Breaks with every update
How is it possible to break the app every other update? Incredible
New Menu swapper sucks horribly, revert to previous update.
It broke many core aspects of the game. Cannot scroll through chat box, cannot click on chat tabs or special attack and prayer buttons without clicking through and walking to an unexpected place. Skill xp floating interfaces are stuck in the top left corner and move to your finger when you adjust the camera angle or when you tap to walk. Clicking through the chat now tries to add random people or opens a direct message to those already added, massively hindering and halting pvm content. This update SUCKS. stop bring updates you don’t test beforehand especially on your weekend so you can’t adjust it for multiple days. We pay for membership on this game. Where’s our support?

New shift update
The new update was nice , single tap tele on jewelry but it disabled single tap attack on pvp on my UI only allows “walk here.” I have to long tap always even when “tap where available” enabled.
