No customer support
I have had 2 or 3 orders that were delivered with an incorrect order. I contacted the app through email and never received a response. They have zero customer service, so beware.

Garbage
Tried this because the restaurant i wanted food from wasn't on post mates. Ordering is easy, but if the order takes 1.5 hours to arrive like mine did there is no way to call and get help or to cancel/get a refund. Also the delivery fee is super high.
Almost Perfect
Everything is great about this app, too bad the delivery price is through the roof.

App Ease of Use and Quick Deliver
This app was thoughtfully built for the end user. Easy to navigate and clear images of food options if you need to make edits or changes to your order they can easily be done. Food was delivered on time and hot!
