App just crashes after downloading and then trying to register. Guess no e-bike rental for us. What a bad product

Terrible app. Terrible service in Bermuda. No one was helpful or willing to assist us. Ended up going elsewhere. would not recommend.
Very poor app
While on vacation in Bermuda spent an hour and a half trying to problem solve app issues for my e-bike while the 4 hour package ticked away.
