Pain in the neck to have to your facility every third month and have to change my password ! To get into my phone takes a 6 letter passcode making it safe from scammers ! Myself , my wife , and many of my friends find it extremely annoying

We have had only positive experiences with OAFCU from the person to person interactions, the long distance calls for assist and online. The only negative comment I can make is changing the pass word every 90 days. I don’t see that is necessary so often and find it inconvenient and bothersome.

Need a pending transactions option
On the website I am constantly scheduling the pending transactions tab and I really wish this was an option in the app! It’s so handy to see which transactions haven’t been processed yet and what money you having waiting to be deposited into your account.
Terrible
I have nothing but problems with this app. I try to log in and it doesn’t work so I call and get my password changed. A few weeks later it says invalid log in every time. Doesn’t make sense. So annoying

This app is trash
I unsaves my password constantly. Very very very very annoying to have to change my password every couple months. Extremelyyyyyyyyyy annoying that it requires capitalization and numbers for a password that I’m forced to change so frequently. I hope whoever designed this app gets hit by a bus.

I live this app. I can always check balance at anytime. Thank you for making it easy to deposit and check balances
Needs some additional features
The app is great except I wish they’d give you notice before making you change your password. Like other reviewers have said- it always happens at the most inconvenient time! Maybe the next update they can add a memo line for transfers like on their website. Oh, and making it so I can add my debit card to Apple Wallet would be wonderful.

The app is ok. It’s the changing password. There is no notification it needs changed.. and it’s always shuts the app down at the most inconvenient time like a Saturday and I’m out of town and I’m tracking my purchases. It would be nice to be notified of password changes rather than just shutting my account off.

When I have to change my password per your request I wish that you would send a reminder 3-4 day in advance so that I change it at my convenience

Why do we have to keep changing our passwords?? It is really an inconvenience!! We use our thumb print and after 6 months you ask us to log in. To change our Password? There are times when you’re closed. And we really need to get a balance ASAP but are locked out!!
Easy and convenient
I’ve been in OleanFCU since 2006 and I move to NC 7yrs ago and I still didn’t give up my account in OleanFCU specially now that they have this mobile apps is get more easier even I’m not in NY anymore ..thanks and keep it up ☺️

I have moved to TN. I opened an account here just to have one, but don’t use it.
My direct deposits go to Olean. I can use my Visa card and pay it by transferring money between accounts. I like that!
And I feel safer using this ap. The protections against fraud are better.

Great credit union
We have used Olean FCU for about 25 years, even after we moved 2 hours away over 3 years ago. Mobile banking and this wonderful staff make this possible. I deposit checks via the app, and if I need card replacements I can do everything without setting foot in the credit office. The protection for fraud is also excellent. I hope I never have to bank anywhere else.
