Order not good
None of my food was hot that I ordered. It was wrong. It had items on it that I requested to remove and pieces were missing. Order was supposed to be ready at 7:50 and it wasn’t ready until 820
Stores should be able to input real time data in app
I’ve used this app & enjoyed Olga’s from the Bloomfield Township location for years. But I just had my 3rd car-side-to-go order in a row that couldn’t be delivered to my car but I had no way of knowing. So I sit in my car waiting at least 5 mins after the order ready time, then have to walk in, stand in line with the walk-ins & Dashers. Only to have the single employee assigned to answer phones & handle take-out grab my order off the counter where it’s been sitting & getting cold.
I do not blame the single overworked employee for this issue. But either the app needs to have location specific feedback to customers or the management at this location needs to turn off car-side-to-go if they are not able to provide the service.
Two stars for the polite employees enduring a mad customer (me) and the good but slightly cold food.

Olga’s kitchen Michigan
Very good and consistent with there meals . Whenever I want warm Comfort food I get Olga’s can’t go wrong with there smackers and my girlfriend absolutely loves the wraps and the warm butter
Online ordering
It is terrible that a tip is automatically entered into your order when you order through the app.
Auto adds tip
Good food. But auto adds a tip. And app isn’t as intuitive as it could be very confusing how to customize an order.
Disappointed
On line order. States no tomato, pickle or lettuce. Order arrived 90 minutes after submitting the order. Cold food and lettuce on the steak burger.

They automatically add the tip and don’t ask.
Scam
It randomly added a $3 tip on a take out order then refused to allow me to cancel my order.
Royal Oak Olga’s
This is the worst Olgas in the metro area, second only to the one on Southfield rd. They frequently ignore specifications, forget basic things like dressing, and use old items. There is no way to address the situation bc if you call and complain, they just say a manager will call you back and of course they never do.

The worst Olga’s food I’ve ever had
I ordered 4 pieces of Olga bread with my order and all 4 pieces are ROCK hard. They don’t even taste like the Olga bread I know & love. AND My spinach pie is still frozen The middle. So disappointing. The hostess was super nice though.

Burnt veggies
Was so disappointed when I brought my veggie Olga home and the veggies were completely burnt. There is no way this should have been served to a customer
EVERY SINGLE TIME
There has not been one time that I order from the Garfield Location. They are going to forget something. Then I have to call and they say yup you’re right. This time I didn’t even bother calling. But it was 2 lemonade beverages. My husband picked up for me. If there was a closer location I would never use this location ever again. Because it’s every time.

Never get the carry out order correct
We love Olga’s whenever we come back to Michigan, BUT the Frandor location inevitably screws up something on the online order. Tonight they included lettuce on a sandwich that was explicitly requested to be left off. And the $13Snackers basket contained 80% overcooked snackers that you could break a tooth on

Food was great but incomplete order.
Olga sandwiches were great with delivery. I do not recommend getting the curly fries as they did not stay warm but the Mac and cheese did. I ordered an extra side of Olga sauce which I did not get. I wanted to dip my sandwich and fries in it. I loved being able to use my rewards for my delivery order.

Don’t do curbside
At my location, I ordered curbside and sat in the parking spot for almost 15 min before going inside and my food had just been sitting there. Nobody attempted to bring it out to me even after I checked in. I want to say it’s just this one instance, but this is the second time this has happened and it’s irritating.

Salad pick up order
Got home to enjoy my salad and there was no dressing on it. Very disappointing!
Disregard for special instructions
Requested no lettuce, tomato or pickle. Added extra aioli. The label in the sandwich is correct. The sandwich is not. Contained lettuce, tomato, pickles and no extra aioli.
Why bother with customizing your order within the app?
Does anyone in the kitchen read the ticket? I put a customized plain, no tomato, no onions and no Olga’s sauce and that is the only thing they put on my 3 cheese Olga. Such a waste of time, money and food.
