Glitchy and unhelpful

My business has had many issues with Oliver over the few months we have been working with them. The system frequently glitches out and forces us to restart it or switch to the Beta version of the software. Customer service has not been helpful at best and was completely absent when we needed them most. Save yourself a headache and think twice before partnering with them.
