Simple things like copy and paste do not work in the app. It does not sync between the app and the web version. Notifications cannot be counted on. These are basic needs that have to be addressed before it can be seriously considered.
Ridiculously Expensive
It’s good overall but has frustrating bugs. The notifications are random. Sometimes they work, sometimes they don’t, sometimes you get then after you’ve read the messages and closed the app so you think you have new notifications but when you open the app again, it’s the notifications for the messages you already read. Almost like they’re delayed and disconnected. Even worse, it randomly won’t let me upload simple pictures or screenshots into our chats. For example, I uploaded a picture of one player just fine but 30 seconds later, I tried to upload a picture of a second player and it threw an error. But then my brother was able to upload the picture that failed. I’ve let support know but my experience with support so far has been terrible. Of the handful of times I’ve reached out, they’ve never resolved anything for me. I hope they fix it because I like the app for the most part.

Great way to connect with teams mates and easy to see your schedule
Web version even an iframe is essential, huge UX gap. Reply to specific posts would be a nice feature to have.
It pretty chill
This app has been awesome for managing my daughter’s multi teams soccer schedule and messaging.
The app is slow at loading and is buggy. The app closes randomly and messages do not always go thru.
Hands down the best for team management and communication!
Small clubs cannot afford you prices. Used to be able to use it a little and record manual game stats but nope! No more stats for you!
App is glitching out don’t have access to see anything
Best team communication and stat app I have used to this point. Easy, clean, and user friendly.
It’s awesome
It’s good
The notificación keep coming up again after you already read them.
Been using this for a full season. Brilliant app.only thing I wish they changed was the attendance reminder. It was free now it not. Spond offer this free, so would be good if Ollie did.
Took away features that had been with the account like reminders.
Great stats app, but a lot of the functionality is behind a paid option. Not a problem; happy to purchase, but you can’t. Clicking upgrade in app doesn’t go anywhere, and there’s no self service option on the website. Our team wants to buy, and we can’t. Very frustrating. Otherwise it’s awesome.
This used to be a great app but now I can’t setup a team and when I used the email they provided for support, the email bounced back that it was an email that was not valid. I reached out to the sales email and it has been almost 3 days without any email.
