Unacceptable

I renewed two ads and paid the required fees 2 weeks ago, but I could not edit either ad afterward. The payment was taken and appears in my OLX wallet, yet the ads remain uneditable and not functioning as expected. Customer support responded only after long delays and failed to resolve the issue—messages were slow, vague, and did not provide a fix or timeline. Overall this was a frustrating experience: I paid for a service that did not work and received unhelpful support. I do not recommend OLX Lebanon until they improve their ad management system and customer service responsiveness.

The latest update is terrible

Why would the OLX push an update that makes the search function so terrible?? Compared to how it was before.

Update

Every time they update the app, they make it worse. When I want to look for cars, it should first let me pick the brand, then show me the cars from that brand. Instead, now they just throw all the cars at you without even showing the brand logos first, which makes it way more confusing and harder to use.

No sales

This app used to be the best app at selling items i used to sell items within a day years go but this week i tried to sell something again on it didn’t even get any views i thought it would be good like before.
I think it didn’t get any to make us buy ada that will get us views but this feature is bad. My point is the app got so much worse. Ty

Hijacked by greedy companies

This used to be nice and useful app. Unfortunately it’s been hijacked by money-hungry predatory companies and real estate agents, so much so that the app has been rendered useless. Clickbait titles and description, extortionate prices that are totally detached from reality, fake / generic pictures and location. Each company has some 300 listings or more. Sad 👎🏾

Good, functional and useful app. Well laid out. But it’s supposed to be an app for individuals who wish to post items they have for sale. And here come this and that wholesale and retail shop and they post a list of their stock, sometimes they have them featured and the posts of the regular individuals remain on the bottom of the long list. Isn't there a way to monitor this?

Bot keeps banning

Bot keeps banning mistakenly (majority of the time) and when reaching out to customer support “can’t unban the account or create one with the same phone number”.

Can’t even post ads without placing phone number. Such rules need reconsideration to keep sellers on the app.

Good but

Account can be banned easily and for no logical reason, bot just bans you, sometimes mistakenly.
However, app is really good

التكاليف العالية المفروضة على البضائع المعروضة تسببت بتراجع واضح في عدد الاعلانات وبالتالي المتصفحين…
