What's New in Olympia Benefits

2.6.2

July 13, 2026

- App package upgrades - Minor fixes

User reviews

Option to upload new claims is inactive.

I can’t upload a new claim. I tried this from my Iphone15

Chat window issues and unhelpful chatbot

If you go to the chat section with an iPhone 13 Pro Max you cannot see what you are typing, the virtual keyboard covers the window. Once you manage to type in something by constantly closing and opening the keyboard the chatbot is worthless. It cannot answer anything.

Time zone issues

If you are in the Eastern time zone and enter a claim shortly after midnight the app gets confused. First it told me the date I entered (the date before midnight) was invalid, then it only allowed me to select the current date, after midnight. No other date could be entered. I’ll try again after 9:00 AM to see if it works.

Good but has its issues.

Seems like the app hasn’t been updated or optimized in a long while. Can’t scroll on profile page. The left side menu bar links don’t go anywhere. Every time the app is opened, it asks for permission Face ID login, it doesn’t remember from last time. Hopefully the developer works out these bugs someday.

Needs improvement

1. Need to be able to view group balance available in account (not just remaining benefit limit).
2. Need to be able to break down a receipt into multiple people and charges - ex from the dentist they put several lines and more than one patient on the same receipt - does not allow me to enter more than one claim per picture and a dental claim may have 10+ claims on it if more than one patient especially.
3. Entered one prescription and tried to submit. Told me I had exceeded my time or something even tho I only took less than 5 minutes to do it.
Conclusion - not useable for most of my claims (especially if won’t submit anyway).
