Great Coffee, Mid App
Coffee is great. I go almost everyday and order ahead with this app. I spend more on coffee at Olympia than I do on gas. And that was even true before gas got stupid expensive.
These are the drawbacks on the app that could be fixed:
- No ability to add gift cards to payment.
- No way to save favorite orders. (Clicking to duplicate old orders is ok, I guess, better than nothing but I have a list of my identical order 20 times and when I order with my wife, I need to add her stupid complicated order in special every time because it drops off the list.)
- Asks me to review the app weekly despite hitting no literally 100+ times.
So there. I reviewed your stupid app. Are you happy now?
Fix this and earn 6/5 stars.

So much better than their last app!
Much easier to use, you can use Apple Pay instead of having to manually enter a credit card. General much more efficient! Thank you, Olympia Coffee!
Amazing coffee

Frustrations with Mobile App Login & Guest Checkout
I’m leaving this review due to the frustrating process of resetting a password in the mobile ordering app. Every “token” I received came back as invalid, making it impossible to log in. Guest checkout wasn’t much easier — it still required a valid phone number and email, which couldn’t be used if already tied to another account. Guess checkout should be quick and simple, not a hassle.
This feedback is solely about the app. I absolutely love the staff and coffee at Olympia and visit often. I would love to update my review to 5 stars whenever a fix gets pushed.

Better two released prior
OCR = awesome. This app is not because of poor UX and too many clicks to place an order. Keep things simple for the app and it will be better for everyone.

App improving, need descriptions for products
My friend and I go here every week for the great coffee and service, and I love the option to order ahead. We’ve run into issues with some orders because the app has no descriptions— for example, ended up with iced tea when we wanted hot, because there was no j fixation it was cold.
Poor account management
Make sure you have no typos in either your phone or email signing up, if you forget there is no way to get back in, because they verify in email, but check accounts in phone.
Good but could be better
The app is great but you can’t say the pumps of syrup if you want a little less. Also, it’d be great if there was a rewards system built in so you get a free coffee or something after a certain amount of drinks purchased or money spent.
APP CRASHES OFTEN
I’ve attempted to place several orders and the app always seems to crash.

The app is the worst! I know it is new but it feels like you didn’t beta test it before rolling it out. So glitchy!!

My friend and I go here every week for the great coffee and service, and I love the option to order ahead. Unfortunately, all versions of the app have been so hard to work with, not recognizing info, forcing sign in as guest, having to re-enter previously saved card I do, then not allowing new accounts to be created. We both end up downing up to 10 minutes every week trying to order ahead.

Works well, until you need a refund
This app makes ordering and paying very easy, you should use it. Unfortunately if you need to request a refund there is no way to initiate one through the app.
None of the employees at my local café know how to issue a refund via the app. They will give you the phone number to the headquarters and ask that you call.
