Olympia Mobile app bug
There is a bug in your new Olympia Mobile iOS app version 1.3.0 when using my iPhone 13 Mini.
After I set up MFA and try to log in, I get a screen to enter a one-time code. After I enter the one-time code, I cannot continue since the keypad remains static and obscures the ‘Continue’ button. I have tried multiple times and I have tried turning the phone 90 degrees, but the app does not go to landscape view and the keypad does not disappear. As it is, I cannot log into my account from the app and I must use the website instead.
Please have this bug fixed ASAP as I am sure other iPhone users will have the same problem.

People can't log into your app who have the new iPhone or the new iOS. Does anyone work there?
Not working at all
I deleted and reinstalled but it still doesn’t open. When it worked it was OK. not great.
Untrustworthy company
Be aware everyone.!!! Olympia trust company in Calgary ripped me off by thousands of dollars.. forgery transaction, forge signature made by forgery person without consent and Olympia trust approved it .Now Olympia trust company is beating around the bush.
My entire life’s hard working money is gone from my RRSP and TSFA account. .!!! By Olympia trust’s own fault not following their policy’s . Will never recommend this disgusting trust company to anyone.

Frustrated!
I Have only been able to log in once on my phone in months, and when I try and call to check if the system is in fact still under maintenance, I get told to call Client Services during business hours!!! This is extremely frustrating as I don’t have time to call during business hours and it totally defeats the purpose of the App.
