De interface is niet intuïtief. Belangrijke functies zitten verstopt. Mijn toetsenbord hangt voor de formulieren waardoor ik niet kan zien wat ik typ. Er is geen dark mode. Er is geen duidelijke manier om contact op te nemen met technische support. Het inlogsysteem met opgelegde gebruikersnaam en pincode is cringe. Voor bijna alles wat je wil doen met MMBB vraagt men schandalig veel geld. En dat duwen ze allemaal door onze strot, want andere opties zijn er niet.
