Great resource
I’ve been OMing a long time and this is fantastic. And beautiful. I use the OM timer daily, and there’s lot of other cool features I’m yet to explore… but they did a great job with this.
This group is a Cult
Be mindful of how close you get to this group. OneTaste (now sometimes calling themselves the OM institute) is a cult that has been under the eye of the FBI for years. I would not give them your money nor would I take their practices as more than a casual, small part of your life. I was deep in this group for 5 years and it caused an incredible amount of damage to my finances and my sexual/relational health. Do a little research if you want to know more about the harm the business and coercive community dynamics have caused - it is pretty easily accessible online.

Great content, clear instruction
Very elegant and carefully put together application for anyone interested in learning more about OM, whether you end up doing the practice or not their is lots of great stuff on here, including regular free talks and a library of great content

Ok, this App is so fun. Really clear instructions on learning OM. Live events. One stop shop. It's wonderful. And its pretty to boot! I love OM and this APP does it justice!
