Wish for search feature
I really love the app-I feel like the only thing missing is the ability to search for a session.
Works just as promised
Have had mine for over a year now saved tons of money compared to going to a sound therapy specialist with the convenience of it being in my own home. Works just fine at a low volume/vibration setting.
They’re on their way to bankruptcy
Three weeks have passed without any new sessions. No communication back from customer service. The mastering is off on some sessions with abrupt changes in the music. No longer have access to website log in.
Don’t order their bed!
Scammers! Stealing funds with empty promises . Over a year past my promised delivery date , cancelled now and they refuse to refund. This company is broke broke broke and going under !
Cancelled Before Shipping — No Product, No Refund After 1+ Month
I cancelled my order before it ever shipped, yet more than a month later, I still have no product and no refund. Instead of refunding back to my original form of payment, the company promised to issue a check — but they have yet to provide a firm mailing date citing ‘technical issues’, despite repeated follow-ups.
At this point, I’m out over $2,000 with nothing to show for it. If you’re considering purchasing, be aware that cancelling may not guarantee a timely refund and you could be left without your money or the product. I hope OPUS resolves this for future customers.
