This app is a disaster
I liked this app and product. Wasn't a big fan of the $500 price tag for the hardware. But the choreographed lights to sound seemed restorative. I was enjoying the mindful app and using it more frequently. I was a fan.
But it seems now NeuroVIZR is or has become one or more of these three things: 1) a horribly managed business operation charging for an app that doesn't work at all, no functions play anything; 2) a kind of pricing bait and switch scam (buy hardware with free app, becomes can't use app without subscription and app doesn't work when you do); and/or, 3) a big and foreseeable mistake in market strategy that ruins customer trust.
Just logged on and now you have to pay to access the library that was free from the beginning. No warning of intent when I made the purchase. So my $500 device was now unusable without another ~$150/year. Had I known it was premium priced, low quality hardware + imposed obsolescence without paying ransom subscriptions, I'd never have started this misadventure. Also, pick a revenue model. This is a real gotcha.
But that's maybe still 'buyer beware' stuff. So it gets worse.
I paid for the subscription. But the app doesn't work. At all. In any way. It worked when it was free. Now when you pay, no features work.
So I'm asking Apple for a refund. I'm giving this 1 star because we can't give a zero. I'm tossing the now worthless device in the recycling bin. And I'm deleting the app.
It's an irreversible, selfmade disaster. Won't be back. Won't send more donations to a company breaking who knows how many App Store policies and consumer protection laws. And won't be waiting or hoping for a resolution. That's at least three strikes and shame on me for taking the first swing.

Can’t log in
The product is great but I haven’t been able to log in for days, making it an expensive paperweight. It used to work and I’ve never logged out, but now it wants me to log in. I tried signing in with Apple and it goes nowhere. I deleted the app and redownloaded it, same problem. I tried signing in as a new user using Apple and the page just froze again. Please fix it.

A solid platform and tool
I saw this product at CES over one year ago and am now an owner and regular user.
At the very least, it is entertaining. At its best, it feels rewarding and stimulating.
The app works well and has a solid selection of programs.
Could use more options for intro/exit.
The intro meditation needs help/update (borrow one from Waking Up or get an AI-generated version that evolves). The closing nature is good, but could use more variations.

Amazing technology
Very cool tech, and they have promising studies to back it. I tried it for the first time today and had a very positive experience. It definitely has a psychedelic quality without any of the typical side-effects of psychedelic molecules. I’ve felt more in a state of flow since using it. Keep up the great work guys!

Powerful Technology!
I’ve tried a lot of different brain technologies over the years but this is among the very best. App is well done and easy to use. Great for meditation, deep sleep, and healing. Highly recommended!
