This isn’t real therapy. Don’t waste your money

Licensed therapists do not operate over text. Licensed therapists do not give advice. No real evidence that these therapists are properly trained or being properly supervised. I have no idea who they’re employing to do this, but much like betterhelp, it’s not ethical therapy, has the capacity to do harm to clients. Things like this give a bad name to therapy. It’s also overpriced. This is not real therapy or a replacement for proper counselling.

This app is so amazing. Licensed counsellors on tap 24/7, with reasonable prices (including a free option) and all organised through Apple Pay, too!
It’s just such a friendly helpful environment!

I honestly had no idea how the world got along before this app came along. Such a simple concept, and well executed too!
