This should not happen, and it sounds like there may have been a bug affecting certain country codes. Worst app for the car rent
For all the downsides of the app, the tech support is very responsive and really helps sort out problems.
Please hire a good designer.

Service is great!! App is serviceable
The app is laggy but I do not know how hard it is to communicate with cars, so probably there is some expected lag that is not avoidable.
I wish the insurance deductibles were cheaper or less options, feels like 4 tiers is a bit confusing. I either want a deductible or I don’t, so 3 would be fine.
Would be nice to have 7 seat options since our family is 6, and would be nice to get vans for construction projects OR trailer hitch (but probably liability problems there and wear and tear or something).

Thank you very much for the great feedback! It's true that main reason for the lag is communicate with cars, but we are actively trying to find ways to make te delay as short as possible. We value your feedback and hopefully we can fulfill your wish soon! Also we are happy to say that we have just get cars with trailer hitch. The information is not shown yet in the App but all Opel Astra cars have a trailer hitchs. If you need more details before the information is in App, please contact info@omago.fi. BR Omago team
Worst app for cashiering
Multiple times I booked a car, went to the specified location, only to find out that the car was parked in a restricted area accessible only to the residents of the building. This information was not mentioned in the app.
At other times, the app indicated that the car was already booked after I clicked the "book" button. This meant that I had to guess how long the car would be available for booking.
Please note that my review is solely about the app and does not reflect on the quality of the cars or the tech support.
