App is not able to put your membership card in
Every time I go to add my membership card it says that it can’t find me. I think this app needs an over haul and reprogrammed.

Where’s the map?
The zoo is amazing! And will always go back when we can.
For the app, I really hope I just couldn't find the map. And after a couple of 5-6 minute attempts I couldn't find a map and didn't find anything else useful in the app.

No option on map to see where you are
Implement a google style maps where you can see your location. If it already exists in this app, it is not easy to find.
