This application has too many glitches
The user experience has far from fun and ease of use.
You cannot upload bills properly. the option of taking a picture is not working.
You cannot upload the long bills as well
Bills tend to get rejected for no reason. There is no feedback
In the field of bill it accepts only numbers while the shops in the mall have alphabets as well.
To check the profile every single time you have to input the pin that was sent the first time. Not sure what security this adds as the application is in a respective person’s phone.
In nutshell the application is not user friendly. It seems like enough testing from users was not done in this case.
Example of club apparel app where you can easily just scan the barcode that is given and rest everything adds up.
