Full of ads. Now I get spam messages saying I haven't logged in an seen old messages, but when I login there's no unread messages, only ads.
Basic unauthenticated functionality on website not available in app
Functions such as parcel tracking do not require a login via the website. Yet are required in the app. Which means those that can’t create personal accounts can’t use basic functions.
This is very limiting for immigrants who do not have means to strongly authenticate as posti does not accept “Finnish Authenticator” or other EU nation states identity providers to create a personal account.

Extremely expensive shipping for parcels the cheapest option is 6€, and the shipping takes forever.

Hi! 👋 The ads are part of the consept. However we have restricted the amount down to one in each view, so it won't effect the usage. /Maija

Netposti not so great
Won’t let you rotate to landscape when viewing netposti messages. Won’t let you share netposti messages at all. (Adding the standard share sheet is a one day job) Hopefully this gets added in the future.
