My daughter was really excited to use this but is unhappy that it doesn’t go past the loading screen.

None of the videos work despite paying for a subscription. Very disappointed!
Fraud and Scam!!! Do not buy
I paid $60 dollars for an app that does nothing!!!! The videos are blank and nothing has ever played. The praise reviews for this app were done by the developers to trick people. Do not waste your hard earned money. I was unable to get my money back. Very disappointed. Very praiseworthy concept, very bad execution. You got my $60, but forever lost my trust. May Allah make us steadfast in our decisions.

It astounds me how such a popular show has such a terrible app. Thank Allah for the free trial. None of the videos work. The positive reviews for this app are nonsensical or likely flat out fakes. The developer clearly doesn’t care about this app and it boggles the mind how such a nice show can have such a botched app experience. For shame on the developer

Faulty App
We’ve have had this app installed seven times. It is faulty and does not work. Phone is updated phone is new phone has virus scans. This app is faulty.
No video works after paying membership.
Horrible, we just paid the membership and we have access to NO videos. Shame that an app like this has not fixed its problem and steals from people.

Videos not working on IPhone 13 ProMax
I have just bought this for my daughter and the videos are not working at all. Furthermore, the games load up for too long and the touch screen not working properly when you try to do the alphabet letters.
App needs some bugs to be fixed
Lots of videos don’t work and we have to close the app and reopen and even then sometimes it still won’t work.
Why does the sound not work?!

App won’t even open anymore
Working good but after three days the games not opening it’s been a week now without games . now officially a months of this app paid three times for it and the app does not even open anymore …What am I paying for???!!! I’m unsubscribing there’s no way to contact IT for solutions

I have downloaded this on two devices, it’s stuck on the title screen on both. I was hoping it would be useful for myself as a new revert, and my young son so we could learn together.

Nothing is working I just downloaded and subscribed. I can see anything I’m clicking on, nothing is loading the audio isn’t working. Did I download the wrong app?
Disappointed
At this point the app does not work properly, neither videos nor the games work and I paid the monthly subscription. I will have to cancel the charge
