PLEASE UPDATE THE APP!
It’s sort of ridiculous how the app doesn’t let you auto select all video clips do delete automatically and you have to click one by one to delete each of the video clips, which takes forever. You guys should really update that feature, and oh not to mention that you can’t even delete any events/crashes that happened, which is also ridiculous. Like why is it this hard to delete the clips? Please Update the app.

Random crashes
Ever since 1.7.1 got released it randomly crashes. Poorly developed app.
Preview & Wifi
There’s no live preview showing in the app. How can I fix this one. Every time I have to turn ON wifi through dashcam buttons for wifi connection.
Very nice product
Had this on my vehicle for about six months now haven’t had any real issues other than just navigating the app a little bit, but the camera itself works extremely well. Wouldn’t mind having a hard wiring version of it.
app is not good
I have had this camera for about a year now and i love it, the quality is great, and it was very easy to install.. my problem is with the app, it worked fine before but after this latest update it crashes whenever i try to look at my videos. the other version wasn’t the best visually but atleast i could look at my videos and save or delete them but now i cant even press to many buttons on this update because it just crashes :/

Great dashcam but…
The app doesn’t connect on its own and they need to write a script that makes it connect automatically to the dashcam when recovering video.
APP ruins an otherwise decent product
Garbage app. Crashes as soon as you try to connect to the camera.
Seriously thinking of sending the dashcam back just for that reason, otherwise the camera is good for the price.

This app is garbage
It used to work but now I can’t see any of my videos unless I download them and look through whatever video I was trying to find. Videos never load anymore. Fix the issues for better ratings maybe

Terrible app
I bought this dash cam which I like, but this app is completely horrible. It’s not user-friendly.- I can’t get a live view if my life depended on it which they offer- is hard for me to connect- for some reason my videos don’t download to my phone immediately which I think is important just in case the dash cam is damaged. Very hard to navigate. Like I paid over $100 for this dash Cam. I would think that it would have a decent app to run on.- so I’m really considering about getting a different dash cam but I already paid to get this one installed .. hopefully I could just get one that runs on the same power and all I have to do is just replace this one without having to pay another installment fee. I really wish they would update this app to be more user-friendly with this particular dash cam. I’m really really disappointed. It’s hard for me to even give the dash cam a good review because it’s not even working properly with the app. My next dash Cam I will look a user-friendly one in regards to an application versus the dash cam itself.

Should have thoroughly checked the reviews. Actual cam is really good but the app is bust unbearable to use. Half the time I cant stay connected to the WiFi, also the app is just super slow at everything and doesn’t explain well!

Wireless CarPlay Adapter Interfers
The app works just fine on my phone 16, but when I use my Wireless CarPlay Adapter that takes over and will not allow the app to function at all.
Not sure how to go around this issue without unplugging the CarPlay Adapter to ensure that the dash cam app works?

Awful
Worked for a few days then will not connect. Tried to update firmware, but it never completes and therefore cannot connect. I have iPhone and will not work. Any assistance would be helpful. Sent two or three a mails to support but no response. Ugh!!!
App doesn’t connect
I have been able to use the app just fine previously. However now the app will not connect to the camera. This is a new problem for me, I’m frustrated because there are some things I’d like to review in the last couple of days but cannot get in to watch. Also my recordings have mysteriously have vanished from my memory card.

Don’t buy this camera
This camera suppose to be in a recording loop and it’s not. I almost got hit twice and went to the camera for the recording and it recorded nothing
Terrible app for dashcam
I’ve had this app for over a year now and it’s not been great. The video doesn’t save half the time and there’s never been an update. I don’t recommend buying a dashcam from this company. Their website doesn’t allow you to send them messages. I contacted Amazon with my complaint and they were not able to reach them neither. Do yourself a favor and do not buy from OMBAR.

DO NOT BUY THE PRODUCT (read complete text pls)
This product will not work if you have carplay/apple connect. It requires you to be connected to the wifi so it can work, this camera does not record when it’s not connected, and if it does it doesn’t get saved to the app.
