Mobile access but missing ease of use
I can access my HSA and FSA details and do the typical items, but the app lacks ease of use.
For example, for amounts to reimburse myself, it doesn’t tell me how much I have available when trying to reimburse myself so I’ll have to remember numbers.
It doesn’t remember past providers for dependent care so I always need to enter it in along with Tax ID.
It doesn’t auto detect or read uploaded receipts to Phil in information for you.
Very basic and can be dramatically improved.

Needs work
This app is fine but needs functionality. When I use the benefit card to pay for something it doesn’t allow me to upload a pic of the receipt. You have to wait a couple of days and then you see a message in the app telling you they want you to upload a pic of the receipt.
What needs to happen is as soon as the charge is visible in the app you should be able to open the expense item and add a receipt whether it is needed or not so that you don’t lose the receipt before they ask for it.
Please fix.
