Hard to get someone to fix some network issues. I can't seem to ever be able to start my car from my phone with all these network issues showing up a lot. Worked great in the past, can someone please fix this or I might have to go with someone else as a remote start.
Horrible!!!
I've had this for 3 years and it has malfunctioned many times. It has told me my vehicle has started, yet when I get to it it was not. They have doubled to price each year and their service has remained inadequate. Started at $29.99, then $49.99, then $99.99. It's horrible and I advise to stay away!

Not a high end system. Turns car on but not off. No way to check status of engine, locks or doors from app which is too bad. After getting this installed and full of remorse I found that a company named Viper makes a unit that accommodates status checks. Although I did a ton of research and went to the best installer, I should have sought the best equipment then found a good enough installer

Love it works like a charm, best thing I got ever. Would like too see a 4 digit lock code so people like my friends 3 yr old cant unlock and start my car though, also add a feature were you can change the sound of the car startup.

For $50 what a rip...Sure it starts,locks,unlocks BUT it has no marker to tell me my truck is on or the locks are engage or not.... If i known that i would of bought a viper so if they can do it Why cant u....right Omega get on the ball and get this feature on the app and u will have better ratings

Not too impressed
Just bought a new accord and got this installed. I was so excited and had high expectations for the technology.
I had hoped that I could see the temp in my car and turn on the rear defroster. The dealer said they were not familiar with how this system worked and the information that is available online is not too helpful.
I think I would have been better off just doing the standard remote starter as at least it would have automatically adjusted the temp in my car to get it to 72. This system does not automatically turn on any heat/ac or defroster.
Tried using the app today at home with my wifi and kept getting a sever error.
I see the last upgrade was over a year ago ......
So disappointed and regretting my decision.

its ok, does what it's suppose to do.
I does what it's suppose to do. Wish It had more advance features like setting a time for auto start (maybe being able to set 2 starts per day at set time to warm up the engine), would be handy in cold states. Being able to check the status of door locks would be cool. These more advance features are offer through VIPER systems, oddly enough it's the same company that runs the backend for both companies. A iPhone 5 update would be awesome. The accuracy of the location feature is awesome in this app.
