High dollar piece of junk
Worked ok on iPhone 11 but when I got iPhone 16, no cord will work to load new photos. Tech just keeps saying I need a compatible cord. Wow! Like I didn’t already know that. Absolutely no help. This does not work on usb C to usb C charger cable and techs don’t have a clue on how to help anyone.

It work on day 1 then on day2 it stop working i e mail omega and they say it the sd card os I got new sd card it didn’t work . Omega be on 2 iPhone and a iPad the omega will charge the iPhone and ipad ok but not work as any one got a omega to work??????

I have tried to download photos from my iPhone 13Pro on several occasions and it doesn’t work. It will not download just says file empty.
DO NOT BUY
I bought 2 of these devices, one for my wife and one for me. Easy to set up and start runnning, but after a couple of minutes, it says that is not connected to a device. There is NO Customer Support phone number, and they have yet to answer my emails, and it has been over a week. I want to return them and get my money back, but how? DO NOT BUY THESE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!

I cannot access my flash drive it said tahat reading failed under an error -502
Rubbish update still doesn’t work
Further update makes no difference - still Error Code 502 Wish I hadn’t updated as the app now does not recognise my flash drive. Worked perfectly on the old version of the app. Error code 502???

A very expensive small brick, which despite loading the app and following the instructions, does not work! Promised much, delivered nothing. Infuriating.
Needs an update
AGP File does not recognize HEIF file extension that Apple now uses. Please update ASAP
