It just says reconnecting and then it says disconnected. That’s what the app does all its life

No longer works on iPad mini or iPhone x after update..pointless now! Won't ever buy a camera that uses this app.

Terrible product and terrible app. Connectivity just doesn’t work. Sometimes sees the WiFi and can connect mostly doesn’t telling me the password is incorrect. Definitely. It a product to rely on for home security.
Most unreliable
Since so called upgrading to this app, accessing specific cameras on the response system is very unreliable... a system that worked so well under the original OM Guard, is rendered almost useless.....

Not working any more
Since changing my phone to iPhone X OMGuard HD has stopped working any ideas.
Good camera, rubbish app
User interface not good. Searching recorded events is so slow its almost unusable, so I mostly I don't bother.
One problem
This is a brill app but one problem since the update it does not connect with camera for some unknown reason I've just downloaded the standard version without the hd and its seems to work fine I think the issue with the hd app needs adjusting to connect with the camera.

Long way to go!
This app isn't too bad from the functionality aspect, the user interface is dull and there is no option for export the recorded video to the library.

App is easy to use
I wouldn't give the camera system or app a bad review but the instructions on setting it up were very unclear. To connect a camera to the wifi you have to plug it into the Ethernet and choose a network through the app. That's how i had to connect it. The app is very easy to use once up and running and the image quality is great. Only flaw is you have to get a micro sd card for the camera to record videos. The microphone is very sensitive which is great to hear what is happening outside. Setting up the system is the only downfall.

Latest update problem
When accessing camera settings thru this app there was an option to update camera software, where is that gone how to update or is it done some other way thanx

Iv just updated this app today was eorking fine on my iPhone 6 since iv updated it will not connect at all comes up in red saying disconnected!this needs sorting out now warning don't update HD OMGuard or you will regret!!!!..
Needs so much work....
This app is very poor, very basic and has let me down continually. Needs a lot of work to get it to just do what it's supposed to do - allow you to scroll through the cameras whilst away from home.

June 22 update introduced a few bugs
June 22 update introduced a few bugs: Motion detection sensitivity level reverts to maximum sensitivity even after changing and saving settings. This is causing a large number of false alerts and the only way to solve is to disable Notify Enable.
Otherwise this is a very useful app which I have had for over 6 months.

Email Notifications
Once again Although email notification activated, app does not send messages when cam is activated!!!

Poor attempt!
Date for searching events does not match actual events. The notification does not work at all. The recent update did not make any difference. Waste of time, taking camera back, wasted so many hours trying to get this dam thing to work!!
Good for the price
A little tricky to install through brick walls due to thick cabling, but easy to set up otherwise.
App works fine through iPhone5S and iPadAir.
Good for the price and works well for watching my front door and drive to record anyone approaching the house.
