About
Omics has been designed to assess employee workplace performance through a battery of scientifically validated tasks that mimic the cognitive processes required when completing everyday work tasks. The tasks assess cognitive performance indicators such as response inhibition, working memory, attention and reasoning.
Omics integrates with the Health app to give you a greater understanding of the impact of the working environment on your overall health and performance.
Employees will receive a notification when tasks have been allocated to them and they will be asked to complete them at a time that suits. If individuals have not been allocated tasks by the ART Health Solutions team then there will not be any tasks available to complete.
