Worth it!

I stopped using door dash because sometimes my food would be cold or the delivery fee would be outrageous. I haven’t even ran Into this with Omni! Everyone is fast and efficient. The app isn’t hard to use! A++

App needs work

Service and drivers are great, but the app is not user friendly and needs some work. Needs to adapt app formatting and layout similar to BiteSquad or Uber eats.

Great Service!

Very nice people, the workers are always communicating and I get my food at a great time and if there’s any delays from the restaurant side, they call and let us know and we can also see how long it will approximately take to receive our orders
