Driver refusal
More than for two months we have only refusal of our new drivers.
HR department don’t tell the reason . But safety department refuses all our new drivers. In fact, all other carrier companies accepted this drivers because they have clean background. We worked well with this company for a one and half year hauling loads without issues, but lately every driver is getting rejected by safety.
It seems very suspicious, and unfair!
