Omni HR is the mobile companion for companies running Omni HR on Odoo. Employees use it daily for attendance, leave requests, expense submissions, and payslips — all from one app. CHECK IN & CHECK OUT Tap the big button, hold your phone up, and you're done. The app verifies your identity with on-device face matching (no cloud upload of your selfie) and confirms your location against your office geofence. Anti-spoof technology detects printed photos and screen replays, keeping attendance records honest without making the process feel like airport security. LEAVE MANAGEMENT Browse your leave balance by type, request time off with a date-range picker that shows working days (excluding weekends and public holidays), and attach supporting documents (medical certificates, travel confirmations) directly from the camera or your files. Get notified when your manager approves or declines. EXPENSE SUBMISSIONS Snap a receipt, pick a category, enter the amount, and submit. Your finance team sees it instantly. Track the status of every submission from draft through approval. PAYSLIPS View and download your monthly payslips as PDFs, right from the app. No more chasing HR for a copy. PRIVACY BY DESIGN Your face image is compared on-device — it never leaves your phone for matching. Location is sampled only at the moment you check in or out, not in the background. You can delete your account and all associated biometric data at any time from the Profile screen. WORKS WITH YOUR COMPANY'S OMNI HR Omni HR connects to your employer's Odoo-based HR system.
