Hub fails to connect
Ever since the app updated I have not been able to connect the hub via Bluetooth. I’ve tried with multiple phones the app pick up the hub is nearby I click to connect it gives me a failed notification. This is quite frustrating. Contacted customer service through the app no response and it’s been about three weeks.

Device won’t connect and when I finally got it to, it says i have a illegal device pretty sure it’s not illegal it came from a dispensary😂😂😂

Illegal device?
I’ve been trying to connect my device and every time I try to read it, it connects but then it says “illegal device, read failed” and it doesn’t work. I’m sure my device isn’t illegal.
Unusable App
I added a device and there has been no way to go in and adjust the “curve.” I can’t even find a place where I can disconnect my device and attempt a second pairing. There are no instructions. It feels very underdeveloped and that’s frustrating considering I can’t manually adjust this pen batter.
Very useful, need quality of life updates.
I genuinely think the features of this app and its connectivity to my 510 thread battery is amazing, the fact it tell me how much oil and battery I have is fantastic, please make it so you don’t have to put in that URL every time you open the app. And could you make custom heating profiles easily accessible? Otherwise I will continue to use, as its functionality is unparalleled. Thank you
