I purchased this product to erase my malware and viruses from my phone after 1 week the app did none of these and it looks like i may to pay for a second week to get it done

Scam

I am now questioning if it even worked. It says I have malware ever time I go in the app, and says I have to wait 3 days and it will notify me. It’s been 4 days no notification, I’m about to delete the app it’s that bad.
