Needs improvement

App crashes every time I use the camera to take a picture of my documentation. It also only allows me to add one expense reimbursement at a time. I would like to enter a date range, not just a specific date.

Pain in the butt!

Half the time the picture that I take of the bill or the statement ends up, not going through and being left as pending or I end up having to pay money back because something was missing from the statement. Total headache. Every teacher around me in the state that I’ve talked to that have went to this does not like it at all.

Omnify in General is Inaccessable

You’re probably locked into using this company by your employer. My condolences. The site and/or app are frequently down or having errors. Among various issues I have run into over the last few years, my current one is that my password magically stopped working. “Well, use the Forgot Your Password”, you say? Guess what? The email with the code never arrives, so that doesn’t work. Contact them? The app freezes when you try to send a message.

Poor reimbursement

Almost impossible to get reimbursed properly, very picky on what they approve and don’t approve, some places don’t allow fancy billing statements, like in home daycares, cannot get reimbursed in a timely manner either

Hot garbage.

Cannot clear messages. Doesn’t use Face ID (yay 1992). Cannot edit family members once entered. The app just keeps asking me to to allow it to track my location. Links do not lead anywhere…My account is in there and it knows who I am but it cannot figure out my Insurance company. App would probably be fine if it functioned as intended.

So hard to use

Cannot submit a two page receipt; new claims often end with app crashing; have to input dependents again and again;

Not good

Too many features. The app that existed before was infinitely better. Takes too long to find where to contribute. Also takes to long for the funds to transfer. Pretty poor.

It’s 2020 stop artificially limiting passwords

Or store them correctly if you think a max is necessary technically.

Crashy

After the update, went to go log in, and the app immediately crashes to home screen when tapping my username. So I logged out, deleted the app, deleted all app data, rebooted the phone, reinstalled, and as soon as I enter my username it crashes. I tried entering other usernames, and it either goes on to the password screen or says I need to register an account. When I enter my username as soon as I hit sign in it crashes straight to the home screen.

This looks like an important bit of the crash log, it’s the same in all 2 dozen or so crashes:
Exception Type: EXC_CRASH (SIGABRT)
Exception Codes: 0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000000
Exception Note: EXC_CORPSE_NOTIFY
Termination Reason: TCC, This app has crashed because it attempted to access privacy-sensitive data without a usage description. The app's Info.plist must contain an NSFaceIDUsageDescription key with a string value explaining to the user how the app uses this data.

Fully Loaded

This is a really well-made app. It doesn’t lag. It is loaded with features that are plainly and easily accessible without being overcrowded or bulky. It’s almost a better experience than using the website!

Love

Easy to use!!! Amazing customer service!!!

Can’t Submit a Claim

The app doesn’t allow me to submit a claim. The website keeps logging me out when I try to submit a claim. I’m stuck.

Easy to use

Highly recommend!

Works well

Works well

Pretty good - please add Touch ID

This new app is pretty good. It's fairly intuitive and at least so far, seems to work well (though I haven't really put it through the paces).

The one thing I would really like to see is Touch ID access to log in, or at least the option to enable it on compatible iPhone models.
