Works like a champ. I have a complex system of lighting, pumps and actuators. Everything works perfectly all the time.
Not intuitive and changes don’t stick
This is probably one of the least intuitive apps I’ve ever used. Scheduling and templates are very confusing. Not obvious how to edit templates or schedules to make them stick. Heater goes on when I think it’s turned off and there is no schedule set for it.
Update: I’m downgrading this from a 2 to a 1 star because this app is very difficult to use, changes settings on its own, and buttons don’t work properly like the edit button on a theme is not clickable most of the time. Also, their customer support is practically non-existent. Took days to receive an email response from them, they asked for my availability which I sent to them. They missed those windows of opportunity. And I’m still waiting to hear back from them. Wish I could return everything but that’s pretty much impossible in pool world. So now I’m stuck with this horrible app that has zero customer service.

Love the app but it disconnects daily
Love the app but it disconnects daily and I have to shut down the system and restart it to reconnect it for a few hours.

Nice product, but customer support is horrible. Can never get updates done. I have to always chase the pool companies to come out to service it, but would not recommend us prior to anybody in the Pittsburgh area that’s for sure.

Every time I get a new ISP it is difficult to connect the outside pool controller and this app. Make it easier.

Would be amazing if within the app you can do configurations as if you were at the Omni touchscreen. I wish I could group lights and customize names of features within the app.
