Glitchy, poor notification system, which makes for an aggravating and abysmal user experience.
Horrible app
This new trans serve process is horrible. The lack of assistance is frustrating. The employee that is supposed to help said “I have an android” so I don’t know how to resolve your camera issue. What a horrific experience. Still not working. Do better.
Wrong location
Keeps showing Virginia transit and I am in NYC.
Basically Useless
I cannot get this app to work with my SmarTrip account. It used to be easy to purchase the Omni Monthly Express Pass through the SmarTrip app, but the link is no longer there. I contacted Metro who told me Omni removed the link to get people to use their app. I think it’s all a scam to make it as difficult as possible to get the reduced rate.
