Absolute rubbish
I bought my Omoda 5 in march
It’s now almost July and still not been able to get this app to work for my despite reinstalling it
Was told by the dealer that I could could start and manage the car remotely what a joke

Please fix this app
You’re supposed to be able to control certain bits of the car with this app.
It constantly logs out, having to reverify my identity every time.
Sometimes it just loads up with a blank white screen with no option to select anything.
Sometimes a reinstall works, other times not. Useless to me at the moment

Hopeless
Nothing, nada, zero functioning! Get it together Jaecoo and fix the glitch
App keeps freezing.
App freezing every other day. Cannot control car temperature before getting on in these extreme temperatures.

App constantly crashes, updates mostly do not work, they re direct you straight back to the Apple Apps .
Delays in sending confirmation codes to emails times you out of submitting to the app before it closes.
No clear indication of what the update fixes or adds.
Very laggy and buggy.

Absolutely useless
You would think app developers would be able to get the basics rights. YOU CANNOT LOG IN BECAUSE THE VERIFICATION CODE IS NOT SENT TO YOUR PHONE. Yes, I am ommiting the first zero with the area code. I have had it working but it logs you out every so often for no reason. Now it doesn't work at all. Useless.

App has stopped letting me log in and I’m not receiving any verification codes when trying to reset

After the most recent update the app no longer sends you a code to log back in. So now my app is not working. Waiting on the next update. Usually it’s very good.

Had this app 6 months for my Phev logs me out now and again which is annoying but usually just log back in.

Four hours later it decides to send me 3 codes in the middle of the night whilst asleep and they only last 5 minutes. Tried to log in again this morning still waiting for a code! So now I’m giving it a 1star!

Doesn’t work
While the app was buggy I have managed to create an account and login but am totally unable to associate the car to it.
It seems the options are when in the car, via the infotainment system you can login either via mobile or scanning the QR code. Most of the time when I try to do either I get a message that says "no signal" even when signal is displayed on the screen. On a few occasions I have managed to get the QR code to show but when scanning it with the app it just says "Failed".
Without being to login I obviously can't take advantage of a number of the benefits to buying the vehicle such as pre-conditioning the vehicle.

Having just taken delivery of an omoda e5 I have been trying for a week to get the code that creates the account to use the app. Nothing 🤬

Difficult app
Have had my new car for a week, was never told about an app but had one with my last car so thought I would check it out, was please to see you do have an app but it is totally pointless if you simply cannot get passed the registration stage! Confirmed terms & conditions, corrected area code to +44, put in my number and pressed send code, after trying with and without the 0 in front and multiple stupid sliding puzzle pieces being confirmed it will not send me any code! Why make it so difficult? Honestly what a load of rubbish! The whole process of buying the car up until I got it was very stressful and now this! 🤨
