About

Build a daily sadhana. Track your niyams, fasting, and streaks, and grow through levels as your practice deepens. OMY Armor helps you build and keep a daily spiritual practice, one niyam at a time. Rooted in the tradition of sadhana (disciplined practice), OMY Armor makes it simple to commit to daily vows and rituals, track them honestly, and watch your consistency grow over weeks, months, and years. TRACK YOUR NIYAMS, YOUR WAY Choose from traditional practices: Jap, Pranam, Varad Hasta, Maun/Silence, Prathna, Tu Tane Mal/Meditation, and more. Or build your own custom niyam. Track by count, minutes, a full day/hour/ minute duration, or a personal checklist of types (perfect for things like a varied exercise routine). Setting time-based targets is as easy as scrolling a wheel, just like setting a timer. NIYAM BANK Do more than your target on a strong day, and bank the extra. Draw on it later to cover a day you can't complete live, even a day you already know is coming, like travel. Nothing is lost, your consistency stays honest either way. SEE YOUR REAL COMMITMENT, NOT JUST TODAY Your dashboard shows exactly how much you've actually logged against what your vow adds up to over the week, month, or year. That way a slower day never hides the bigger picture of where you actually stand. FASTING TRACKER Log fasting days alongside your niyams, with a running day count so you can see your commitment over time. Want more precision? Optionally log the exact hours you fasted too. STAY CONSISTENT WITH STREAKS A daily streak counter keeps you honest and motivated. Complete every niyam for the day and feel it: a small celebration, a gentle haptic tap, because consistency deserves to be noticed. GROW THROUGH LEVELS Earn points for every niyam you complete and rise through five levels of practice, from Kindergarten all the way to University. Your progress is always visible, never hidden unless you want it to be. JOIN OTHERS ON THE PATH, SAFELY Opt in to the leaderboard to see how your practice compares with sadhaks around the world, from India to Singapore and beyond. Or keep everything completely private. Every leaderboard name is screened automatically, and you can report or block anyone in one tap. It's your community, kept clean and entirely your choice to join. DAILY QUOTE Start each day with a quote of the day for reflection and inspiration. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your data stays on your device and syncs securely to your account. Hide your points, opt out of the leaderboard, or delete everything at any time. You're always in control. Whether you're keeping a single niyam or a full daily sadhana, OMY Armor gives you a quiet, focused space to stay committed to your practice, one day at a time.

What's New in OMY Armor

2.0

August 20, 2026

We're now OMY Armor! New in this update: • Niyam Bank. Do extra one day, bank it, and use it to cover a day you can't complete live, even a day you know is coming, like travel. • New niyam types. Track by count, minutes, a full day/hour/minute duration, or a custom checklist of your own types, great for things like exercise routines. • Easier time entry. Pick hours and minutes the same way you set a timer, no more typing numbers. • See your real progress. Your dashboard now shows exactly how much you've logged against your actual commitment over the week, month, or year, not just daily completion. • More countries supported, including Singapore, plus an option for anywhere not listed. • Fasting durations. Optionally log the exact hours you fasted, not just the day. • Leaderboard safety. You can now report or block anyone, and all names are automatically screened before they're shown to others. • A better iPad experience. Niyams now lay out in columns and use the full screen, instead of a narrow centered strip. • Smoother scrolling and a more responsive feel throughout.
