SHIFT SWAPS WITH A DEFINED APPROVAL CHAIN A four-step wizard walks you through every request: pick the type (swap, take, release, time change), choose the shift and partner, enter a reason, submit. The request then travels through a configurable approval chain. Everyone involved is notified by push. Every status change remains visible — from submission to implementation. AUDITABLE HISTORY The audit log records every security-relevant action with a timestamp and the responsible user. Who took which shift, when? Who approved, who rejected, and on what grounds? The answer is still there years later — for compliance, labour-law questions, or internal review. TEAMS AND ORGANISATIONS Strict data separation between organisations. Within each organisation, teams and visibility can be tuned precisely. Four roles: User, Dispatcher, Administrator, Super Administrator. New members are invited by signed email tokens. SECURITY AND PRIVACY All data is processed in Germany (IONOS, Karlsruhe). The app is built and documented to meet GDPR requirements.
