This Guide is designed to provide Ontario workplaces an understanding of the Construction Projects Regulation under the Occupational Health and Safety Act of Ontario. The Guide to Construction Health and Safety Legislation provides information on 50 topics. Each topic allows the user to read through a plain language summary of each topic, and then link to the legislation itself. The topics are available in English and French. Additional resources for each topic are also provided. Users should refer to the About Us page for full details. This guide provides information on topics in a summarized format – users should always refer back to the legislation or regulation for specific requirements.
