Help please
Love this app so much! What does the message “leaving the App Store in May 2026” mean? Will the app be gone? Will I not be able to access it after that date??

This is the best app I have ever found for business stuff. I will be sad when it shuts down. I do not know what app I could use which is similar to replace On Shelf…

Best sales tracker for small hobby business
I have used this app for a number of years. Every once in a while I look in the App Store for something better but keep coming back to this one. Paid for full version and have never ever regretted it.
Simply the best!
After several attempts with various other platforms I finally discovered OnShelf which is now the backbone of my day to day operations. I keep approximately 700 SKUs in stock at any time and without this app I’d still be doing manual invoices. Extremely pleased with the product, highly recommended!
Needs some improvements

I’m a wholesaler and use this app for my business to keep track of what I’m selling, sold and have in stock.
1. I would love to see multiple image entry/upload. Sometimes I need to take pictures of Serial number as well as product info.
2. Is there a way to calculate how much money total is in product inventory before the products have been sold?
3. Anyway to make the images and text bigger when looking at full inventory list? I noticed the more text (item description) the smaller the text size becomes making it almost impossible to read on an iPhone 10.
The way Sortly displays it in their app is a good example. I think they use cards to display.
4. Notes is very important in business. Full Description of item should be included in 1st page Instead of having to switch to a different page for entry. That might solve the small text issue:)
Do you plan to upgrade this app and continue to build on it? Would love to see these ideas implemented.

Works good & good customer support
I tried a few other apps that were either overly complicated or lacking necessary functions and all of them were more expensive. Even the famed QB can’t manage inventory from the phone but this app does! Customer support has been very responsive and helpful.

Small but powerful, and Prompt customer Service
i’ve been trying many app for managing inventory. I would say this is the best app I ever tried. Most of all, Developer give a prompt reply to my question. So I don’t need to spend hours and days to figure out the solution. I hope he can develop OSX version.
Sync issues
Stock levels are rarely displayed correctly. Serious sync issues with large numbers of items. If they fix this it would be a great app

I offerred to fix this for you. The reason the app is not syncing correctly is that you created two sync accounts. You synced your data with the first account, logged out and then a week later you created a second sync account. The problem is that when you are logged into account #2, if you try to modify anything owned by account #1 (e.g., the stock level for a product), then the request will fail and your informaiton will not be updated. That is because requests need to successfully meet two requirements: the info being modified must match the UUID and it must owned by the user making the request.

Seems like a useful app but can't purchase the full version. Very disappointing
Just what we needed!
We are a small start up apparel company & this is the perfect solution to control inventory numbers. I had a couple of problems adding addition users but the developer responded to my emails quickly & immediately solved them for me. Great app!
Great app for small businesses
We use on shelf to monitor inventory for a janitorial company. Now we get a clearer image as to where all the supplies are going and which contracts are less profitable.
Great app syncs with iPad. Best price for features
Update: the developer contacted me almost immediately and worked with me to troubleshoot the problem. The app was also updated to a new version and the sync issue is now gone! Everything works. Thanks, Dawn.

I've been using the iPad app for a while now. It's great and really there's no app like this in the App Store at this low price range. However, I'm having an issue with the iPhone app crashing every time I try to access the product database. I've sent out an email to the developer. Hopefully they'll fix this bug quickly.
