Agree with others - PASSWORD RESET SUCKS
I suddenly can’t login and the only option to chance your password is to get a code text to you but it never sends one! There is no contact info or other options to login. If I try the forgot username and put in my email it says user doesn’t exist, which would suggest my info has been deleted. Once again, THERE IS NO ONE TO CONTACT ABOUT IT!!!! This is a banking app that handles people’s MONEY. It should be more reliable!!

Works great so far
Easy to download and setup with my corporate user. Pics were great and easily found the correct check amount. Deposit was successful first time. I don’t know what all the negative reviews were about, but it worked great for me!

Large transactions and I guess this is the only option? No number to call, no app can be found or saved usernames with APPLE… insane that LPL uses this service it’s the worst I’ve ever seen
Unacceptable!
Our office deals with multi-million dollar clients who often send us high dollar checks that need to be deposited quickly and efficiently. The fact that several staff members are now unable to even log in or attempt to change passwords without getting error messages is simply unacceptable. And to see this has been happening to others for well over a year is appalling. Where is the resolution??

The whole thing is non sense I can’t deposit my check cause my phone is not supported by new stuff so do I have to get a new phone it’s insane! My phone is working just fine. I’m going to change bank can’t stand this and they awful on the phone when you are trying to get help cause there’s none!!!!!!!

The picture of the check never captures, and now I’m having an issue where I can’t even open the app without it crashing over and over. I’ve tried resetting my phone, deleting the app and reinstalling, and nothing resolves it.
Deterrent for business
Simply opening this app on a regular basis is a chore never mind the repeated pictures & retakes needed for the front and back of checks. The password feature (constant resets, inability to sign in quickly) is another pain.

Bruh. I use this app and tell me why I go to take a picture, looking crystal clear on my phone, and then it looks like someone tried taking a photo using their grandma’s 1970 toaster that is being held together by electrical tape:/ if they fixed the camera, it would be a good app
Unusable
The amount of time you need to set aside in order to deposit a check or money order is absurd. Whether it tells you there’s a duplicate check, (deposit amount can be completely unique to other deposits) or blurry image, or straight up erasing the deposit amount you’ve entered, expect 10-15 aggravating minutes to complete what should take 30 seconds.

Terrible application, locks you out anytime u change your device and u cant reset your password without calling in.
Worst Banking App
This app is complete nonsense when it comes to password changes. It doesn’t store your password on the device which I don’t understand since the user has no access to the account deposited to itself. The password rules are cumbersome and the user has to work with their company’s internal IT department for resets. The reset process makes the user re-enter the temporary password even though it’s entered at the login screen. Garbage.
