I love the crosswind calculator because it’s quick and logical. The time zone feature is also pretty handy.

I wish I had this app back in flight school.

The crosswind calculator is money! I tried other apps but this one beats them all. The clock feature is a no brainer. I have friends and family all over the place and use it almost everyday. Add more features please. A fuel volume > weight calculator would be neat.

Does not support landscape view.

Great product features. Unfortunately, it apparently does not support landscape orientation which is a non-starter for my iPad mini setup.

Landscape mode not supported

I would give it 5 stars if it supported landscape mode on iPad.

Simple, but that’s good

Improvement suggestions:
Consider typing while in turbulence. Make input fields much larger.
Double font size to improve readability.
Increase the size of the runway image.
Use the entire screen real estate.
Increase button sizes to reduce fat fingering in turbulence.
The lock runway option is unnecessary. I would remove it.

Thanks for your review! Our latest version (2.3.4) is optimized for smaller iPhone screens and has a more intuitive user interface. We kept the lock runway feature based on feedback from other users. I hope you like the update!
