On the beach don’t honour agreements and just delete / cancel your holiday booking without any notice. And trying to actually speak to a person is impossible.

Want to amend a holiday date or lead passenger. Forget it , you wasted most of your money and will need to rebook.
I have never felt as cheated and part of a system that is designed to frustrate and avoid assistance of any form.
No to mention the complete miss direction when you actually receive a response.
What is customer service to you.
I bet it’s more than the £100 saved booking on line.

Great prices
Used on the beach several times always happy with there price compared to some other booking sites choice of flight options a bonus
Not keen on the live chat system as we had a problem last time checking in online with a jet2 flight booked through on the beach the live chat just kept saying the same messages not helpful however we checked in at the airport on arrival no problem it was a stressful situation though wandering in we would get charged but we didn’t other airlines do especially Ryanair
Transfers everything else was spot on no complaints

They charge me £105 only for edit my two spelling first name, absolutely ridiculous and be aware of that.
Doesn’t Stay Logged In
Constantly logging into this flipping app, so tiresome every single time I go to use it need to login again. Shambles. Just use the website, it’s exactly the same.

Helpline needed
No help without a booking code. For simple booking queries you really need to have a human assistant option on your chat line. Sometimes AI just can’t help. My query was simple, but you nearly lost my booking to Jet2 because of it. Or please make your room type descriptions more clear.

Cancelled holiday
I had my booking cancelled and had to pay again with no explanation why or how to resolve this issue unprofessional not happy about this
They cancelled and then didn’t refund me
Complete nightmare. Due to go away for a wedding next week. Booked it, paid, and then they cancelled the booking- never refunded.
I have not been refunded even though they said it would be 3-5 days. There is no email, no phone number to call (there is a phone number if you are already in the resort but apart from that, you are on your own).
I’m supposed to be leaving on Monday but haven’t been given the money back so can’t book through anyone else.
They have a web chat but it doesn’t work. You never get through to a human, and the same message just comes through no matter what you say on the chat.
There is literally no way of contacting them or getting the money back. I now have to wait until enough time has lapsed before I can reclaim my money through my bank.
It’s theft plain and simple.

Fly change, no one contact me. You cant speak with a human so you lose your money amd your holiday!

Me and my mum booked many holidays to Turkey and they all got cancelled one after another. Do not trust this app unless you want a holiday that you can actually go to.Me and my mother were actually so happy that was a really good hotel and it was cheap.

Not a proper agent
Planned a holiday with friends, we clicked pay 10 seconds after them. Our friends order completes, ours is cancelled, as the algorithm picks up a spike in demand and we have to pay £600 extra the next day, after they cancel our holiday - Disgusting!
